One of those would be the #BrotherFeelStressFree App, here is the link, it is a free digital resource that helps manage stress and anxiety, downloaded to a phone or tablet it uses gaming technology and can be used anywhere there is Wi-Fi, created by both a physiotherapist and physiologist it is a very useful tool that men especially can use in private and confidentially to support and manage their mental health.
We also produced a film to show 3 Scottish men talking about their own mental health issues to show other males that they are not alone, HERE
Unfortunately, we don't provide a counselling service or outreach service but have teamed up with http://www.chrisshouse.org/
Chris’s House is a Scottish charity set up to offer a safe, welcoming environment where people suffering from suicidal or intrusive thoughts can come and find refuge. All of their visitors can benefit from an individually tailored programme, designed to help improve their mental health and ease all mental and physical side effects that come with these feelings. Contact them on 01236 766755 and they have no waiting list.

Their National helpline is open 7 days a week, from 5 pm to midnight. Callers can talk through any issue, we’ll listen and offer information and signposting. Calls are anonymous & confidential and won’t show up on your phone bill.
