Launching our new Brothers in Arms Mini App

It's a portal that gives quick access to our digital wellbeing support service

With the download, you will receive videos and infographics and a link to the BrothersThrive App that explains how and when to use it so you can start your journey 

The road back to yourself begins and ends with you...

The ability to share the mini-app within your own social network is important, the more it is shared and then re-shared, the more men in Scotland we will reach (even if you already have the BrothersThrive App)

We have worked hard to make this a 'one-stop' delivery system for the BrothersThrive app that has everything within it to allow men to practise their own digital self-care anonymously and in private without having to feel under pressure to 'talk' about their own mental health if they don't want to

More importantly, we believe that if men get into a habit of using the support tools included on a regular basis (once a week) as a way of maintaining their mental health, the same way that many use keeping fit and the Gym to look after their physical health, then this will be a big step towards 'normalising' how we as men look at our mental health

Practise your own digital self-care and make it a habit

Through regular practice of the self-care techniques included in the App, you will learn how to use:

Learn how to reduce and manage your own stress and anxiety

The CBT PROGRAMME

Train your mind to manage the challenges of everyday life and make higher quality decisions

RELAXATION

The techniques of Deep Muscle Relaxation are designed to improve sleep and help you switch off at the end of the day

SELF-SUGGESTION

A Mindfulness technique that trains the mind in positive thoughts by enabling you to develop the skill of Self-Suggestion and emotional control

MEDITATION

Maintain awareness in the present moment and learn to observe your thoughts and emotions objectively
