Blethr is your personal Wellbeing Companion, a safe space for sharing your thoughts and feelings.
Blethr is built on a solid foundation developed by psychologist Ian Mclaren Wallace and designed specifically for men to recognise the unique challenges they face when it comes to their mental wellbeing.
The main aim is to help men understand themselves as a dynamic process. Blethr supports self-discovery, personal growth, and proactive mental health management.
It’s not about fixing you or labelling you, but about helping you explore the connection between your inner and outer worlds, so you can make sense of your experiences and take control of your wellbeing.
The new version combines the top features of the previous Blethr and Baird apps. Users now have a single, easy-to-use digital platform that replaces both apps with one name.
The app has a Conversation Channel and an online journal. You can access more resources via the Brothers in Arms embedded website link in the app.
Your privacy is our top priority. We keep your data safe by storing conversations and journal entries right on your device. This way, they’re never shared with anyone else. You're in complete control.
Keep your personal chats, journal notes, and thoughts safe. They remain private and secure on your device.
To get started with Blethr, start a chat from the home page. Share your thoughts, feelings, or questions. The Wellbeing Companion will help with useful questions and support.
