At Brothers in Arms (BIA), we fundraise to support the ongoing development of BLETHR, our digital wellbeing companion, ensuring it remains free for men. Recent advancements include research into 'normative male alexithymia,' which has led to the launch of BLETHR Version 3.0.
The latest update encourages men to explore and understand their inner feelings, especially when they find it challenging to articulate them, helping them develop greater emotional awareness. Our research and development efforts are goal-oriented, focusing on anticipating crises rather than merely responding to them.
Our mission is to empower men to take control of their mental wellbeing, which we refer to as 'prevention through self-management.'
