Brothers in Arms is at Merchiston Castle School, Edinburgh.
Date: Thursday 10 Dec 2020
At the end of October, we were contacted by two students Mckenzie and James from all-boys boarding school, Merchiston castle, in Edinburgh.
The boys had heard of BIA and were passionate about the cause, living in an all-male environment.
Last month they held a 60-man fancy dress rugby tournament in aid of Brothers in arms.
A couple of our guys from BIA were due to attend, and speak to the boys afterwards, however, due to new covid restrictions, this wasn't possible. Luckily, because the boys count as one household the tournament went ahead, and a fantastic sum was raised.
We would like to thank everyone involved, and especially the organisers, Mckenzie and James. Well done boys, you did yourselves, the school and our charity proud.
We look forward to hopefully working with you guys again, and a rescheduling a date to come in and talk when restrictions permit!
Many thanks, boys! Looked a great day!
